International Orders

We accept orders from countries outside the USA. If an items have a Free shipping on it, its means for USA address only is not Overeas. Customers ordering from Canada will be informed of shipping charges once orders are processed by United Postal Service. Customers in countries other than the USA and Canada must order by email or call (888)-590-2203. Please Note "Free Ground Shipping" Posted on An Item Is In The USA Only.

No returns or exchanges may be made on orders from outside the US. DJHardwares.com is not responsible for any customs fees or other agent fees associated with international shipping. Please note, if you are ordering from us Internationally, you are accepting responsibility for ALL customs/duties/import taxes that may be levied by your respective country. Be prepared for possible delays associated with routine customs checks on internationally shipped products.

If an attempt is made to deny customs charges (especially for orders shipping to Canada), you will be billed for any outstanding amounts that are brought to attention by an international courier. If a shipment is refused due to failure to pay customs/duties/import taxes, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged along with the purchase price.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled online or via e-mail. To cancel any order, please call us at 1-888-590-2203 between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. Orders already in the process of shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

Return Policy

Djhardwares.com is the best online store to buy your music gear and we stand behind our products, guaranteeing your 100% satisfaction with every order. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly exchange the item for another of equal value (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 2 weeks from the time the package arrives to the delivery destination.

Returned items must be factory sealed, showing no signs of wear and tear. All returns MUST include all original packaging, paperwork and cartons for a complete exchange. All returned or exchanged products are subject to a 15% Restocking fee of the purchase price.

All orders for multiple items (i.e.: 2 or more audio mixers) are considered special orders and are non-refundable.

Please contact customer service to obtain instructions before returning any items.

Defective Media

Defective media may be returned in exchange for the same product. Upon inspection and verification of a manufacturer's defect, DJHardwares will replace the defective merchandise and pay for return shipping charges. The 2-week return policy is still enforced.

Non-defective media that has been opened cannot be returned. Software, Hardware and Turntables cannot be returned.

Parts & Accessories

All parts and accessories sales are FINAL. This includes all styluses, cartridges, earphones, headphones, cables, vinyls, cleaners, lubricants, crossfaders, input faders, softwares, headphones, earphone, microphones, toggle switches, batteries, fog juices, etc.

DJHardwares.com reserves the right to select which items are deemed unreturnable.

Wrongly Shipped Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact customer service immediately at (888) 590-2203. If the mistake is ours, you will not be charged for returning the wrong item or receiving the right item. Wrongly shipped items must be reported immediately, no later than three days after receiving the package .All mistakenly ordered items are unfortunately charged for associated shipping costs and subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an item is missing from your order, please contact a customer service representative at (888) 590-2203. Multiple items orders are on occasion, shipped separately. If an item has not been shipped, DJHardwares.com will send the item(s) to you at no additional shipping costs.

Items Damaged During Shipment

Upon inspection and verification that an item was damaged in the process of shipment, DJHardwares.com will replace the damaged merchandise at no additional shipping charge. Items will be shipped at ground speed unless specified otherwise by customer. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately and all original packages must be kept for inspection. Shipping Charges on returned Items

Shipping and handling charges on returned items are not refundable. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on returns.
